Looking for housemate

This ad is for a predominantly shared space in my house, the house itself has a lot of perks/amenities, with a large pool, nice rear balcony, large basement home theater setup, and a couple of personal spaces to choose from. The basement offers the most secluded space, with 2 possible bedrooms and a basement bathroom. Considering the amount of shared space, also looking primarily for good chemistry and someone I can get along with, I'm big on a lot of car stuff, music and DIY projects, hoping to find someone to get along with well. I have one small dog who gets along well with other animals, pets are negotiable on a case by case basis.
