Roommate needed in Sandy

Hey I'm Crispy. I work at the local ski resorts so if you like to ski, board, hike, or do the ski bowl summer activities I'm a good roommate to have as I can hook you up. Single late 30s cisgender heterosexual male looking for a cool roommate of any gender and I'm an active ally of LGBT. So all colors and all people welcome. I just need someone that can pay rent and be chill. Pets are cool, couples are cool, I'm just looking for good vibes. The bedroom available is the master suite. It is big and spacious with walk in closet space and a private bathroom. I have a 12 year old dog and a 4 months old kitten. Both girls and the dog is fixed and cat will be in 2 months. I snowboard and onewheel. I have had bad experiences with hard drug users and alcoholics. If you're struggling with those addictions this isn't the home for you but responsible drinking is cool. The space comes with a washer and dryer in unit. All appliances work well kitchen has everything except a microwave which I actually kinda like. My last roommate had a microwave so if you want to have one it's cool the apartment just didn't supply one and I went years without one and it was really nice to just cook correctly but I'll totally borrow the microwave if you got one. The living space has some furniture but is big and could take more if you have furniture you want to use. The bedroom is empty but I do have a memory foam very nice California king mattress you can have if you want it. I have the hall bedroom and hall bathroom and clearly the hall bath would be used more by guests so if you have guests over often I might ask you to help me with toilet paper on occasion. Oh I cover most utilities and internet but I ask you to cover electricity. All this can be negotiable though I could potentially take the larger room if you wanted to spend less each month and take the smaller one and if you're on a tight budget you can pay the internet bill instead of power. Price of the rooms and deposits can be discussed. I really just want to offset the cost a bit and my previous roommate worked minimum wage and I have them a discount. I'm less concerned with what you make and more concerned with how well we can share the space as long as you can contribute and follow through with paying me on time I'm good. I think I listed it as 900 it is really is 800 plus electricity. 800 would be preferable if you want the larger room and that's just over half the rent and I think that's fair for the bigger space and private bathroom.
