Private room and bath

Private room with a bath is in a large house, located on the first floor. It's the only bedroom on the first floor, so feels like private. Kitchen, living room, W/D are on the first floor and shared. Backyard. House is quiet, we don't bring people over, very private and relaxing. One cat lives here, cat is on the second floor. Close proximity to shopping. No drugs, no alcohol, no smoking, no parties. A really good place for someone who likes to relax after work and enjoy a quiet friendly environment.
