Join me in a great quiet space on the 3rd floor of Terrene at the Grove Apartments. You will have a private bedroom and bath, unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment dining, living room, kitchen, laundry, is furnished. BBQ on a simple deck, then go down to the pool for a quick swim! No loud parties, but able to have a few small gatherings for BBQs on weekends.

I am a 40-year-old male, currently going through a divorce. I have a cat from the divorce but prefer no other animals. I work 4 10-hour days + OT . Sports fanatic & indoor gardener. Out and about on weekends visiting friends and attending sporting events.

Close to I-5 freeway, downtown restaurants, parks and Willamette river. Target, Costco, Les Schwab, Bullwinkle's 1/2 mile away...
