First and last is due at move-in. The home is located off of a popular beach entrance in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

The kitchen is open with enough room for two to comfortably cook at the same time, and all kitchen equipment is available for use. Storage space is made available in the kitchen and garage. There is space in a large cooler and a box freezer available for use. There are two sets of washers and dryers available. The shared full bathroom is located just feet from the bedroom door.

Current residents include the owners: a senior couple, one adult family member, one other renter, one dog, two cats, chickens and ducks. Previous renters have found the home warm and peaceful with a sense of community. The longest renter was 1 year.
