Filling room in 2x Master bedroom condo

I am vacating my shared apartment/condo approximately April 15th. My current roommate would like to stay in the unit if possible and I am looking for a replacement roomie. I will vet initial applicants, then you will be directed to your potential new roommate and landlord for further approval.

Location: near the 8th and Butler Market circle. Condo complex is early 90s, well maintained, quiet with a lot of snowbirds, has a pool and hot tub for communal use, you have a substantial 2 car garage, and there is a gas station and a market walking distance. It is about 4-5 minutes to get onto the highway from the driveway.

Interior: large carpeted living room, vinyl kitchen, two master bedrooms each with its own balcony, large bathroom, jacuzzi tub and shower. Loft room separating each master upstairs. Bedroom has 3 separate closets and one just outside it (lots of storage space!)

Roommate: Female, quiet, successful painter in town, very amenable to resolving any potential issue. Personally, definitely the easiest roommate I've had.
