Room for sublet at 13th and olive!

I am looking for someone to take over my lease term at the 13th and olive apartments. It will be available February 1st, and the lease ends August 30th, 2021. It is a four bedroom four bathroom apartment so you will have a private bath and a shared kitchen and living area. Rent is $650.95 per month which includes parking and the furniture in the room, mattress bed frame, dresser, desk, side table. The current roommates living here are wonderful!
