Master Bedroom in the Salem Broadway Apartments!

I am looking for someone to move into the master bedroom of my apartment, as my current roommate is moving out. You will have your own closets and bathroom in your room, and I already have utilities and wifi set up so you would just split the bill with me each month. I do not smoke or have pets, and I prefer no pets to avoid apartment damage. The entire apartment has hardwood floors except for the bedrooms, which are carpeted. Washer/dryer IN-UNIT, and central AC and heating are available.
