Hey Portland! =)
There are two bedrooms, and home office space available in this very cute and peaceful house off of Alberta and MLK.
The office space available is the photos after the coral bedroom, with the pink rug and plant in it! The price for this could be split amongst all of us and used as an office/gear/bike room! The room is $600, split three ways would be an additional $200 =) Or, if you prefer it to be your own personal office that is perfectly fine too!
The first bedroom gets a lot of morning and early afternoon sunlight! The price of this one is $900. Excuse my messy bed and dresser (all of my stuff is out of this room, as I moved into a different one), but the photos of this one are the ones with coral and light blue walls =) Whomever is in this room would share the upstairs bathroom with me! I don't have much stuff in the bathroom and clean it regularly =) This room is available 7/1.
The second room is the master bedroom is $1200. It is the largest of the bedrooms and has a walk in closet and en suite bathroom with two sink and a walk in shower attached to it! This room is available right now!
The whole house has lots and lots of windows. The living room is pretty much surrounded by windows and you can see the leaves from the windows and it is very peaceful and nice. There is a gas fire place in the living room as well for the chilly rainy months! The kitchen is open, and has a gas fire place and lots of storage space. It also has the largest fridge. There is a nice back porch with a hammock stand and fire pit, and the front porch is covered and large. I have also planted a million strawberry plants in the front so that will be nice this summer!
I work 9-5 Monday through Friday, and am often gone on the weekends climbing and hiking. I have a three year old, very friendly black cat (featured in the add)! I like to cook and be active. I am also in school and spend a fair amount of time in my room doing homework. I really value a clean, tidy home since I am so busy =)
