Shared Home within Lents Neighborhood, Portland OR

Room: Upstairs, large window opening onto a nice view of the neighborhood street, separate closet.
Home: 2 story townhouse, modern kitchen (fully stocked), fully furnished living room with wide screen TV, expansive living room for hanging out and having folks over, walk-in storage closet.
Lents is in SE Portland, in between Woodstock and 205. It has a fun vibe and is extremely walkable (I find new places to explore on nearly every one of my evening walks). Small shops and eateries aren't as common as in the most popular parts of town, but there are lots of good ones (Bella's italian bakery down the road is a favorite).
Currently, Lukas and Skyler will be resigning the prior year's lease while our third roommate leaves for Spain. We love the house and want to stay here with a new person, which could be you!! Lukas works in logistics at a tissue bank and Skyler is a receptionist at a pediatrics clinic. Our hobbies include urban hiking, gaming (tabletop and video), cooking, and wishing we could have a cat around the house!
