The house is large, new, and has very nice amenities. We have a fenced-in backyard with a built-in seating area and a gated off-dog area. The kitchen is extremely large with a gas oven/stove and a dining room just adjacent. There is a front living room with a large TV and plenty of seating.
The common spaces will be shared with a nurse and a teacher with a Corgi. The Corgi is a high-energy and extremely lovable dog.
You will have a private entrance, private living space/work space, private bedroom, and private bathroom shown in pictures above. You will have access to a shared and fully furnished kitchen, dining room, and laundry room, as well as a large TV in the front shared living room. There is extra storage space in the separated garage as well.
