Preference:

I am looking for a female roommate who is either a working professional or graduate student.

Cat Lover. I have two six month old kittens who will share the space. Must have experience and love for cats.

No pets (unless the pet is small enough to be contained in the bedroom). This is to avoid altercations between the kittens and other animals introduced in the apartment. Additionally, the apartments are restricted to two cats or dogs.

Non-smoker. Smoking in the unit is prohibited.

Apartment details:
2-bedroom and 2-bathroom (Available Bedroom is 11.4' x 9', Private bathroom has shower).

Apartment fully decorated. Spare room is currently furnished, but can be cleared if own furniture is preferred.

Has dishwasher, washer, & dryer in unit.

Equipped with Air Condition and Heating Unit

Complex also has gym, roof access with BBQs, two party rooms.
