Quiet comfy queer home looking for a roommate

I’m a 38 year old non binary babe looking for a responsible roommate to fill the second bedroom in my two bedroom apartment. I would like a roommate who is interested in equity and wants to create peace and safety in the home. I’m an open and direct communicator and am looking for someone who can be accountable. -$900 is half rent
-Private Bathroom
-water sewer and garbage is calculated by rental company and added to rent, usually $50-$70 additional for your half
-Wifi is $38
-electric varies usually around $70 in the high months
-working fireplace
-lots of green space and quiet neighborhood
-near Reed college, close in
-1 Pet is welcome, I have a well behaved quiet dog and cat that get along with other pets
-I’m home a lot but am more than willing to share spaces
-weekly cleaning required of both shared and non shared spaces. 24 hour rule for dishes.
-I’m happy to provide references.
