About Us:
Married couple in our late 20’s living on the second floor. My wife is a server, I am a trumpet player (performing & teaching). I teach trumpet lessons in my 2nd floor studio a few times per week. My wife also plays flute & guitar. We generally keep the music making between 9am-9pm. There is a piano on the main floor that gets played regularly but not often. Our living/dining room spaces are also located on the main floor.

We have 1 small female cat.

In our free time, we like to see live music, go out to eat, go on trips, work out, and read.

There is also a basement apartment that is usually rented by travel nurses. The wooden floors are old, so a small amount of consideration around footstep noise is appreciated for their sake.
