The home is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath 1927, beautiful bungalow in the coveted Alameda neighborhood. Walk to multiple, quaint shops, eateries, grocery stores, and coffee.

The home is located on a bike path, a block away from a bus route, and the airport is easily accessed.

I enjoy having housemates and have previously rented to students, teachers, Ukrainian refugees, and also Vietnamese Immigrants. I am a pro-choice, democratic feminist and involved in the upcoming elections.

There is a shared washer and dryer, internet, and air conditioning. All utilities are included except for the water bill which will be split, unless it is a short term rental.

I have one, ten year old cat who is indoor/outdoor and comes and goes as she pleases.

I spend a great deal of time at work, however when I am home I am usually cleaning, gardening, watching the news or a movie. I do not have friends over often, but do have a family dinner every Sunday evening with my 2 adult children. I have high standards for cleaning in the common areas of the house, so we may all enjoy the space.

I love sharing my home and the company it brings. I like to engage in current events, laugh, and work in the yard in my free time. I am looking to rent the 2 bedrooms upstairs to people who are positive, respectful, and easy to be around.
