Beautiful South Tabor - 2 rooms included

Our house is from 1910, and they had lots of rooms that are kind of small. This rental includes one downstairs bedroom with high ceilings and Douglass for floors. There is a large closet. Also included in the rent is a small room upstairs that can be an office, lounge, whatever you like.

Our house is quite large. The common areas include a living and dining room a large chefs kitchen, a basement with washer dryer. There are two bathrooms, one downstairs and one up.

We are two women in our 40s. I am the owner of the house and a yoga teacher and writer. I live with a close friend, who is in school for her second career. I’ll be joining her this fall for grad school. We’ve known each other for a long time and share space easily. We want to keep that ease going!

Anyway, we’re from the south, and you’ll get it all with us: yoga talk, veggies from the farmer’s market, shoes off inside AND slightly raunchy humor, blemished records, complicated stories.

We’re not super political, but in our hearts, yes, we’re liberal. If you’re not, then we are exactly the type of people you are judging.

Both of us are sober, but we’ve been at it a long time and aren’t bothered by social drinking. If you drink a lot or you use drugs, it’s not going to work. One of takes mushrooms a couple of times a year, so that gets a pass, maybe even is encouraged..

We have two cats and one small dog. I am open to one more pet, but if it’s a dog, it needs to be small or super mellow or both!
