1 room available in a Cozy 2bd in inner SE

Hello!
My roommate is moving into her van. I am looking for a chill roommate to take her place in our cozy home, available June 1 (move in date is flexible by a few days).

The room:
-$825 for monthly rent + internet and electric (water, garbage, and gas are included in rent price)
-10 ft by 10 ft approximately
-cozy and private space with trees out the window, lots of light and has housed many happy plants
-large sliding window with screen
-large closet
-pictured with a king sized bed (you can have this for free if interested!)
-Can be furnished (for no extra cost) or empty

The apartment:
-2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom
-dishwasher
-garbage disposal
-individual thermostats in each room for heat
-coin operated laundry located in basement
-extra storage space in basement
-two hallway closets with storage
-shower and bathtub
-lots of storage in kitchen and bathroom
-furnished living and dining room
-Large mirror in living room can be used for practicing dance
-smart bulbs with lots of colors in the common space
-tons of plants (the more the merrier)
-street parking (always easy to find)
-in a small, private complex with 10 apartments and common outdoor area with propane grill (free for residents to use)
-walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery store, zero waste store, venues, and more!
-safe and private
-surrounded by large trees

Me:
-Middle school art teacher, female, 35 years old
-accepting of others and the many paths of life people take
-creative, loves making art and music, and dancing with hula hoops
-loves to laugh and be social, but also loves alone time
-likes to keep things relatively chill and on the quiet side
-enjoys hosting gatherings
-traveler and adventurer

You (ideally):
-Clean, respectful, on the quieter side
-Enjoys art/being creative
-Enjoys socializing as much as alone time
-NO PETS
-doesn't have a lot of furniture
-financially stable
-female or femme / not a straight cis man
-generally enjoys life and having a good time :)
