Aloha apartment w/ ensuite bathroom

My previous roommate is moving out and I am looking for someone to take her room (The larger one with the ensuite bathroom). She should be moved out in July, but will be paying her part of the rent until September 27th when the lease renews or until the first full month with a new roommate. The apartment is 2 bed/2 bath, and the main area has built-in AC and a very spacious kitchen. I am paying for internet and power already, and we have a parking space paid for as well. In the photos there is some furnishings, most of that will be gone by the time my roommate is fully moved out but if you want to ask to keep any of it let me know.

I do my best to have a safe, easy going, and friendly living space. I work at Intel on night shift, and have a very active and cuddly cat named Nico. I am very easy going, and make friends easily! Through circumstance I have always had female roommates, not sure why but it has worked out so far!
