I have two private rooms available for rent in Beaverton in an end unit townhome. One room has an ensuite bath and a walk-in closet ($950/month) and the other has a bath that is shared with one other person ($750/month). The home is in a safe quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, with fully fenced yard, deck, and parking. It is in a great location close to shopping, transit, Intel and Nike, and includes free access to community clubhouse and playground.

Trash and internet are included in rent
Electricity, sewage & water, and gas are split equally among 4 tenants (averages $60/month)

No pets allowed unfortunately

Home is fully furnished but the room for rent is not

The $950/month room is the master bedroom with an ensuite bath and a walk-in closet. Room size is 15ft by 12ft, the Bathroom is ensuite, with a bath tub and shower as well as a double vanity.

The $750/month room size is 10ft by 10ft, the Bathroom is shared with only one other person

Both rooms also has no shared walls with other housemates’ rooms.

Room is for single individuals only

Move in costs for the $950/month room are monthly rent ($950) plus $950 refundable security deposit

Move in costs for the $750/month room are monthly rent ($750) plus $750 refundable security deposit

Lease options:1 year lease

Room is available for showings and rent on 06/01.

We are looking for a full-time working professional to fill the spot. Please no drama, passive-aggressive, drugs, smoking, attitude, high conflict personality, immaturity etc.

Current roommates are all easy going, friendly professional adults that are all respectful of each other's space.
