Price includes utilities/street parking on side of house.

House (~2500 sqft, 5bd/2.5ba) is currently family-occupied with 5 individuals (all adults).

Will need to schedule laundry and cooking/baking time and clean up after themselves.

LOCATION: Within ~20 min walking distance of both Murray Scholls Town Center and Progress Ridge.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
No alcohol, smoking, marijuana (including medical use) or other drugs except prescription drugs. No pets allowed.

No visitors except on a case-by-case basis which will have to be discussed about with landlord.
