Roommate In New Hillsboro Townhome

Hi! I’m new to the area and am looking for a female roommate. The property is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. You’ll have your own room and bathroom (just not en suite).

About me: female, 30, work from home (3rd bedroom is my office) non-smoker, no kids or pets

Looking for someone professional and clean around my age. No pets, kids, or smoking. No couples please! I’m looking for a roommate I can also be friends with. If you’re only looking for a room to rent, this probably isn’t the right fit for you.

Mostly furnished now, including a bed in your room (you can bring your own stuff too)

Rent includes utilities, internet, tv (in shared space), bed, plus garage space. Since temperature is always a topic of concern, I run warm so I like to keep it at 65-66 degrees. During the summer though I won’t turn it down that low (74-77)
