Shared kitchen, living room, porch, porch closet, & Washer & Dryer In-Unit

About the room:
It’s one of the standard bedroom sizes (9’10“x11’5) & has a standard closet with double sliding doors great natural light from big window with a view over the grass to the nearby trees (part of the park) Shared bathroom & shared hall closet (with one other roommate)

About the current tenants:
Both of us are working professionals. I work part-time for a home improvement store & the other roommate is a fulltime writer. We value considerate and respectful communication, collaboration on chores, and cleanliness.

The rest of the community is mostly families. There are sometimes events hosted by the office for holidays, such as community icebreakers. They had a Valentine’s Day and Easter event this year. At the community center there’s a pool, hot tub, gym, pickleball court, and space for hosting game nights/movie nights.
