Female Roommate needed in July

Hi! My name is Ally, and my roommates  and I are looking for someone to fill in our empty room and private bath opening July 1st. There are two room options. The first is a smaller room with a full private bath on the first floor with a base rent of 545 plus utilities(anywhere between 100-150). The second is a larger room on the second floor. There is a bathroom that you can use right next to it but if you want a full bath to yourself you would have the downstairs one. This option is a base rent of 640 plus utilities.
About us, there is me(24) along with my fiance(32) and our dino enthusiast son(4)(he's a very quiet and sweet little boy) and our roommate(she/her, 22). We also have a kitty named Kaz and a corgi name Tophie. If you sounds like something you might be interested  in please feel free to ask!
