This house has 2 kitchens so you will not have to share. There is also a full size fridge and microwave. The downstairs family room is also furnished but you're welcome to bring your own things. All utilities are included as well as high speed internet. There is also plenty of parking space. Location is very convenient for shopping as Tanasbourne is literally minutes away. There is a bus stop at end of our street if that's needed. Has a great covered and raised back deck with BBQ and fenced yard. I should mention we do have a very friendly cat who spend most time upstairs. Couples are welcome buy that would mean the renting of both available rooms.
