Your space is the whole lower level of a tri-level home. This includes a 12 x 14 bedroom, a den and a private bathroom with access to a washer and dryer. We will share a full kitchen, 2 refrigerators, and back patio.
I work full-time, typical workweek hours. My son is out of state for college, but will be home for Christmas, spring and summer break.
No smoking of any kind inside the home and no overnight guests. Proof of stable income will be required.
