Two rooms available in house with large yard!

Hello! My name is max and I have a 4 year old dog named ocean. She loves our large back yard with two big trees. However, most the time you will find her sleeping in the living room or on my bed. There is two rooms available, ideally for one roommate, but open to two. Ocean does great with cats and would love a cat roommate. The house is walkable to Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, and a few small bars. That being said, we are tucked in a neighborhood with the sweetest neighbors!
