Looking for responsible and respectful roommate who is clean, friendly and is considerate and has good communication skills. Someone that's reliable with a steady job, and no drama. Don't mind social drinking, but no drugs or smoking is a must...it's really quite simple, be respectful, pay on time, be considerate, be clean, and an adult, and we'll be able to work anything out.
