Room and bathroom available in apartment

Hello, I'm a 31 year old and has been living in this apartment for 5 years, two of those years on my own. This is a two bedroom and two bath home and one of each is available. A little about the apartment; it is on the top story which is the third floor. Downside is that there's no elevator so you need to be good with going up three flights of stairs. On the plus side since it's the top story there's no overhead noise also this apartment has three of its four walls free, which means less noise and a lot of natural light. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer in unit which is nice but if you have anything really dirty or heavy there is also an on-site laundry facility to use. This place also comes with a small gym on-site. The living room and kitchen will be a shared space it's mostly furnished but if you have stuff we can figure something out.
A little about me, I'm very clean and I'm very quiet and I'm looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. Shared space should be kept clean and minimal at all times and I do not invite anyone over to the home day or evening so all socializing must be done externally. Naturally this home would be ideal for another introvert. Or maybe an extrovert who doesn't really like staying home. I'm open to professionals or students, I'm not a kid person so anyone with children including ones that only visit would not be a good fit. As for a general idea of my personality and if it could work for you I'm a big Doctor who and Lord of the rings fan, I don't do drugs smoke anything or play video games. I like to go out on many adventures but for the most part I'm a homebody and I like to cook a variety of foods including but not limited to Asian and Indian cuisine. This would be great for a student or someone who is a new transplant. Of course that doesn't need to be the case. You'll do a background check with the leasing office however since everything has been paid and set up in advance, you'll sign a small contract with me in regards to House rules and giving a month's notice on move out. Will go on a month-to-month basis the deposit will be $600 which I'll give back to you upon move out as long as all is in good standing. Utilities are mostly covered; electricity is what spikes the most when I have a roommate, so we'll split that down the middle you don't need to worry about anything else.
