Private room for rent

Looking for friendly, mature, responsible housemate to sublet 1 bedroom in a large, 3fl home in the Allegheny Center area of North Side, Pittsburgh. Price is $500/month plus $100/month for bills and house staples such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, etc. Bathroom would be shared with one person. Preference for no pets but may be willing to consider depending on the situation (please mention this in your initial message if you have a pet).

Sublet move-in date between April 1 and May 1 and goes until July 31. This could also come with a renewal for a year’s lease.

House norms and expectations are decided together, but non-negotiables include:
-No smoking or illegal drugs in the home
-Respect for all housemates and guests
-Completion of shared chores monthly
-Keeping shared living spaces, including kitchen area and sink, tidy and clean
