Clean basement (extra storage if needed) with new washer/dryer. Airy and spacious with stunning deck overlooking the city. Private bathroom with massage shower-head for all your toiletries. Bright kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and granite countertops. Family-room and dining room have doors to the deck. Spiral staircase goes to mezzanine (used for yoga now). Barn/garage next door is an artist studio for the painter. Very safe neighborhood.

Two good friends (male and female) and an older dog live here. The dog, Rosie, is a terrier/schnauzer rescue and sweet. Ed does take her outside often in the middle of the night and we are being careful to keep the walking noise to a minimum for light sleepers.

Housemate will be respectful and provide deposit with full month rent on start and end (no pro-rating). Smoking outside is okay but not inside. Cleanliness is expected but we are not freakish about it. Quiet hours from 10p-6a. An overnight guest is okay occasionally (a regular second roommate is possible with a rent adjustment of $400 and approval).
