Outside the room is a designated office space, fully equipped kitchenette, dining table with chairs, and laundry. Central air & heat, WiFi & ADT included. Utilities split between tenants.

NO SMOKING/VAPING. Unfortunately no pets/animals.

All bedrooms are private and have keys to lock and unlock. Main level has a total capacity of 3 people who share a kitchen and bath. Basement can accommodate one to two people and has its own private bath & kitchenette. Application w/ credit check required, co-signers are welcome. Due upon signing first month's rent $700 + security deposit $700 ($500) refundable when returned in quality condition).
