Hello!
I am living in Sharpsburg and looking for a roommate to join me starting in June/July/August. Rent is $750 + utilites (which are usually around $200 total per month.)
The neighborhood is queer friendly, as am I and I would love to live with someone who is also part of this community though that is not a requirement!
The house comes with brand new foe wood flooring, exposed brick in parts of the house, 16 ft ceilings, central air & heating, back patio/backyard, dishwasher, cute one of a kind design elements and it is pet friendly. Washer & dryer isn't on site yet but I have been told is expected in the next 6 months. The room I am trying to find a roommate for is on the 3rd floor, has a bunch of natural light and super private.
