Looking for roomate - Squirrel Hill

Seeking a roomate for spare room in beautiful Squirrel Hill Apartment. I am a clean and quiet male. The apartment is a second floor apartment with a great balcony space with full sized grill. The apartment is fully furnished (with the exception of the available room). All appliances are 5 years old and in great condition. Heat and Stove are gas. There is a fullsize and free washer/dryer in the basement of the building which is only used by myself and you. I do have a cat and do not wish to add another. Dogs however are welcome. All of the "downtown" portion of Squirrel Hill is a block away with a short walk to public transportation. The lease for this starts on July 1st and it is a one year lease with options to extend past that point.
