Roommate needed for laid-back drama free home

Hi, I’m renting main floor bedroom. Furnished in a nice house in west mifflin (nice area). Great for students going to PIA or South Community College… room is spacious with access to bathroom kitchen (w dish washer) and laundry. This house has a living room w fireplace, dining room, nice kitchen, washer/ dryer, large front porch, 1/2 acre large yard, basement for storage, garage/driveway (with off street parking), and 2nd bathroom. With great neighbors too!

Bedroom: you have your own private space, includes a queen bed, end tables,, closet, TV w stand, desk & chair & futon. Rent is 550 everything included plus 200 security deposit

Myself: cool, down to earth, drama free/laid-back, honest, respectful, easy to get along with, good personality and funny sense of humor, clean, and team player.

Requirements: 1). Must have reliable income 2). Must be responsible and clean 3). Must show respect for the house and others, their property, and lifestyles.
