Room for rent in family home utilities included

We have a spacious room for rent on the second floor of our home. Utilities are included along with wifi, use of kitchen and laundry. Looking for someone with similar interests. We like to watch star wars, crime shows, Harry potter and game of thrones. We also enjoy having friends over on Saturday nights and have some drinks, listen to music and play games. Only down sides are the bathroom is shared with my 14yo son and another roomate. We have 3 alaskan malamutes (think giant husky) yes they shed ALOT like alot like think of the worst shedding dog then magnify it by 3
