Apartment with own bedroom at Penn State

This is a two bedroom apartment with one roommate in State College, PA. It is with Southgate Apartments and was recently renovated. It comes with a parking spot and wifi included. It has a living room, four burner stove, a small den room, and a shared shower with individual toilets. I was going to live here for the school year, but had a change of plans and am no longer attending Penn State. The apartment has not been lived in yet and is perfectly clean. The roommate is a graduate student and is also very clean.
