Rural feel but convenient to Kennett Square, Longwood Gardens, West Chester, Chadds Ford, Mendenhall, and Glen Mills, PA, as well as Wilmington, DE.
Looking for a clean, courteous, roommate who likes dogs. No smokers, please.
Room can be unfurnished or minimally furnished, with full sized bed, an area rug, and end table/night stand, and wardrobe.
Please note, that due to the nature of the staircase leading up to the available room, a box spring will probably not make it in there. There is currently a full sized (memory foam) mattress, on a platform type bed frame, in the space.
Utility bills are split evenly among residents. WiFi and YouTubeTV available.
Has a lawn, but roommates would not responsible for maintenance. Organic garden beds, fire pit, picnic table, charcoal grill, outdoor seating, and front porch.
Pets may be considered on a case by case basis. Again, no smokers, please.
Will consider shorter term stay commitments, in three month increments, furnished, for a flat rate of $1,100/month (including utilities).
