House share of large house 1 block from the bus line and 3 blocks from the train station. Lansdowne is the first town west of Philadelphia so it's an easy commute into the city. Quiet street, two blocks from the center of town. The location is 2 miles from two different hospitals - Delaware County Memorial, and Mercy Fitzgerald.

1 and 1/2 baths are shared. The larger bathroom was completely renovated in January 2021. Check out the photos! Claw foot tub, skylight, and glass shower.

Laundry facilities, utilities and internet are all included.

Looking for a professional who may be working in the Philadelphia area for a short term, or a longer rental.

Or, if the room rents to a couple, the rent increases to $1000/month.

Street parking is available - Lansdowne requires a $40 permit every year to park in the street at night (2 AM-6 AM).

Any or all furniture shown in the pictures can move out, and yours can be moved in if desired.

I have two large, senior dogs - labrador retrievers, both 10 years old, and 2 cats in the household.
