Roommate needed

There is 2 bedrooms, second floor. 1 large room in finished attic. I'm currently taking space in what would be the living room but will be taking a bedroom end of June. The finished attic is the room to be available. It's very large. Currently being used as half a bedroom with king bed and the other half an office. 2 windows. Ac comes with room. Full size new mattress included as well but no bedframe. Male or female is fine. No drugs. friendly. No smoking indoors. No parties but guests are welcome once in awhile. I work days. I sleep a lot. I'm a 40 year old female. Please no drama. One person only.
