One room for rent

I own a townhouse with an extra room. It is currently furnished, but I can remove the items in the room. The room is located on the second level next to two other bedrooms that my son and myself will be occupying. There is a bathroom that will be yours only. I have my 7 yr old son most nights I’m off. I work as a RN over night 3 nights per week and sleep during the day.

I have two indoor only cats, so no other animals please. I am clean/organized and prefer someone who is as well. There is space in the front of my house for parking that isn’t occupied regularly. I am pretty quiet being that I work full time and I’m a mom. We can go over more details if interested. If you want to know anything specific you can message me.
