Each bedroom will have a lock and you would have a key that will allow you to open and lock the room. You would have free access to the living room, dining room, and kitchen. A front porch is also available for hanging out and smoking if you are a smoker.
Let's meet at a public place and discuss terms to understand what living together would be like. Then, if we vibe, we can look at the house and prepare a Roommate Agreement for us to sign. I can also provide additional photos.
