Big room for rent in house with me & my dog

1 big ass rm & closet w/ french doors, 3 windows w/ chord-less blinds (white), white wood work & doors. Walls color is “sea salt” by Sherwin Williams (light green). Furnished (optional) new twin memory foam bed w/ raised metal frame for storage. Chair & a half wicker egg chair, desk w/ chair. Furnishings are optional, I used to have a king sized bed in the room, may fit additional bed if keep twin, more pics available.
