Townhouse on a very quiet block, near top of hill, very few neighbors, perfect for serious students. Parking is one block down the hill. Bathroom is on basement level

Please no: smoking, partying, pets, couples. I have one cat. I will consider bartering landscaping/ permaculture for reduced rent
