I am looking for one more kind, considerate roomm

This is not an apartment for rent. One bedroom is available for rent in a 3 bedroom townhouse. The bedroom is not furnished. The bathroom will be shared. Laundry is on the same floor as the bedrooms.

The neighborhood is safe and clean, and the house in walking distance from an elementary school. The house is also within a walkable distance (10 mins) to Main Street Bethlehem and Musikfest. There are a few grocery stores within about a 10 minute drive, and it is about a 10 minute drive to St. Luke's Fountain Hill and LVHN-Muhlenberg.

Living room, dining room, kitchen, and bonus living areas are shared. Other storage areas may be available.

As an FYI, I have four (very friendly) cats and I like having friends and family over to visit. Our other roommate has one cat as well.

Move in date is negotiable. I will require a credit/background checove in date is negotiable. I will require a credit/background check, income verification, a deposit, and a rental agreement for safety.
