Large modern room in friendly house

I have loved living in this house! The bedroom is large, could easily fit a king bed in if you wanted. It has a huge built in closet, great lighting and new AC throughout the house keeping it warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the house is fitted with 55" Smart TV in the living room and designer furniture, high speed Wi-Fi through out the house, all kitchen appliances including dishwasher are already provided by the landlord, washing machine and dryer, professional cleaning every other week and monthly community events are hosted by the landlords.

Your house mates would be great! Really interesting and kind professionals that are lovely to spend time with in the house. They are considerate with sound and keep the place clean.

The house is in a great neighbourhood. Very safe to walk around and has lots going on. It is two blocks from South street and one block from the Italian market so is very close to lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. It is also two blocks from an Acme, Whole foods and Wawa. The Magic Philly gardens are also around the corner.
