I’m looking for a female to take over my lease (until Aug 31, 2022 with an option to renew) in a 3bed/2bath rowhome in Bella Vista.

You will have two other roommates in their late 20’s/early 30’s who love to keep the shared areas clean. Rent is $750 + utilities ($80-100).

Your room and bathroom would be on the second floor and there is also office space available on the third floor. The house is just steps away from the Italian Market and South Street. In unit laundry and dishwasher. The bedroom gets a lot of sunlight, fits a queen size bed, some furniture, and has a closet.

I’m relocating to another state for work and I’m willing to sell my queen size bed, desk, chair, and other small furniture all of which are in great condition!
