Hello! I have a spare bedroom in my apartment I?ve been renting on Airbnb for years. But I will be traveling more in the near future, and I?d like to rent the room full time. You will have the place largely to yourself, except for a few weeks here and there. The building is an older building in Chinatown. The location is very centrally located, minutes to city hall, reading terminal market, Chinatown, greyhound station, regional rail, and all other public transit stations. There is a large homeless presence in the neighborhood, but it is a very safe part of town. My place is clean, and decorated with art I?ve accumulated on my travels around the globe. There are also lots of plants, so the vibe is quite peaceful and green. A little oasis in the city! $900/month utilities included! Also open to short term monthly rentals.
