Queen-size bed frame, box spring, and mattress can be left in the room if desired. The current roommates are a grad student, a med student, and a nursing student. This is a perfect place for female grad students or professionals in their 20s or 30s who want a quiet, affordable space.

Downstairs has a roomy living room and dining room, full kitchen, laundry room with a half bath, and a sunroom. The second floor has two rooms and two shared bathrooms. We have a huge basement that is currently used as a den and storage space, great for an exercise or yoga space. The backyard has a small sunny garden and deck.

House is within a few blocks of East Falls Septa station, Thomas Jefferson campus, Kelly Drive, and Lincoln Drive. Quiet and safe neighborhood with some cute cafes and restaurants, annd easy access to Manayunk, West Philly, Bala, and more!
