We have a fully refurbished room for rent with all inclusive amenities for only $605 in a 3 bedroom house with a shared bathroom.

We want you to have superb amenities at 50% less cost than other rentals. Our rent includes all utility bills, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer service, security cameras, A/C and full maintenance.

This beautiful home is located within walking distance from the Allegheny train station, several parks, playgrounds, and schools. At the moment we are preferably accepting male applicants.

A great property with a living room, a backyard and a kitchen equipped with a fridge and stove with full access to all occupants.

Our requirements to apply to this room are:

Minimum income of $1800 per month after taxes.
Clean background check.
$100 application fee to hold the room for a week while we run the financial and background checks.
2 or 3 months upfront once you are approved to move in, depending on the results of your checks.
Comply with our co-living rules.
Max. 2 people per room

Note: The $100 application fee is non refundable. If you are approved to move in, it will be deducted from your first month's rent.

We offer two types of leases:

Option 1:

12 month lease, $585 monthly rent. If the lease is terminated prior to the 12 month period there will be a fine equivalent to one (1) month of rent.

Option 2:

6 month lease, $605 monthly rent. We will give you an addendum where after the first six (6) months of the lease have been completed, you can forfeit your lease without a fine as long as there is a 30 day written notice prior to vacating the property. If the property is vacated before the first six months of the term, a fine equivalent to one (1) month of rent will take place).

There are extra fees per month for:

Couples or additional occupant over 2 years old ($30)

No pets allowed.
