Awesome Room with Private Bath and Rooftop Deck

Hi, my name is Liam and I'm a 24 year old living in the Fairmount neighborhood of Philadelphia. I am searching for one roommate to move in around mid-July or start of August, as my current roommate has received a job offer and is moving out of Philly. I have a 2 bed, 2 bath (both private bathrooms) apartment with a full kitchen, living room, and both a large rooftop deck for the building and a smaller private deck just for the apartment. There are a number of good bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and there is great access to many places around Philly (2 blocks from Community College, .5 miles from Art Museum, 10 minute bike ride to 30th St Station, 10 minute bike ride to City Hall, 3 blocks from Spring Garden stop on Broad Street Line subway, various bus routes in the area). There is also a park directly across the street that has basketball courts and larger open fields. I work 8-5 in Philly as a Marketer, and enjoy intramural sports in the Fairmount area and shooting pool at Green Room, the local corner bar. There is a TV with a Roku for streaming various platforms in the shared living room and I have the Wifi/cable all set up for the apartment. There is also a TV hookup in the bedroom for sale. Trash/recycle pickup once per week. In apartment appliances: Laundry Machine and Dryer, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, A/C, Central Heat, Fireplace I'd be happy to talk more about this awesome apartment with anyone directly - I can't say enough good things about it.
